We are currently looking for a talented Consultant who can support our client projects. We are interested in someone who can work independently and think critically, someone who can visualize around the corner and ahead of time, all the while communicating their ideas effectively. What you will be doing:

• Our bread and butter revolves around hiring the right people for the right position. This mission involves research, direct search, communication, interviewing, and hiring negotiations of any possible roles you can think of.

• Lead and support client projects end-to-end and never stop coming up with ideas on the challenges provided - ideally out-of-the-box ones.

• Educate clients and work hands-on on key P&C topics, such as candidate experience, data-driven recruitment including the needed hiring stages, payroll processes, salary bandwidths, people operations, onboarding processes and many more.

• Collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders, hiring managers, applicants as well as sourced candidates to ensure the best processes and experiences.

• Support the development and restructuring of personnel functions, processes, system implementations, and workshops when required.

• Analytics, data and reporting, including the actions required depending on what the numbers show.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree or a suitable apprenticeship. The subject is not relevant, but your methodical approach to work is important.

• You have a face-to-client mentality, but you are also empathetic with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• You love to work independently, take on ownership and come up with creative ideas to keep your tasks pushing.

• Balancing several projects at the same time is no problem, but if it does get too much, you are not afraid to ask for help.

• You are curious to take a look behind the scenes of various customers and industries at the same time, but never forget how essential secrecy is.

• You understand that the theoretical background to a concept is important, but prefer to learn-by-doing and know where to find the answers to your questions if needed.

• You love to interact with people digitally but also in person and always create a great and open atmosphere no matter the situation.

• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German - English is our corporate language.
